Leadership Team

Charlotte has worked as classroom teacher and Maths Lead in a numerous primary schools across Suffolk and most recently held the post as Deputy Head teacher.  She is a designated SLE for ConnectED and has supported many schools to develop the teaching and learning of primary mathematics across the county and in addition, works as a Development Lead for ARK Mathematics Mastery.  Charlotte has been a Teaching for Mastery Specialist working for the Maths Hub for 4 years and has more recently led Mastery Readiness and Embedding Mastery Work Groups.  Having enjoyed learning mathematics herself at primary school, Charlotte is eager to ensure that all children have the highest quality teaching and positive learning experiences of mathematics.
